So, Nekochi has brought a good point to my attention. I thank her for that, as I tend to forget about certain things.
The Inner Court has no past lives what so ever. These are new souls, new people, new everything. Their life has just begun. Sailor 'Moon' will be the only awakened senshi and every two weeks we will awaken another senshi, if possible.
The Outer Court has the same mission as before. They are the guardians of the outer reaches of the solar system. Sailor 'Pluto' still gaurds the gates of time and space. Sailor 'Saturn' is still the Senshi of Destruction. Unlike the original Sailor Moon series, the Outer Court will be immortal-ish. They don't age. They can die, they simply don't age much. It takes a long time for them to age. If they have died in the past then they will have to be re-awakened. If your senshi hasn't died yet then they don't have to be awakened.
The Ethereal Court on the other hand is a group of four that are continually reborn after death. These are the only ones with a 'past life' like in the original Series how Usagi was the princess of the moon. These four 'souls' have always made up the Ethereal Court and have simple been reborn into different bodies after death.
